date: Sunday, December 27, 2009 Merry Christmas and Happy Boxing Day i cant really remember how i spent my christmas ( besides meeting up with lily lau and crystal for Christmas eve lunch) most probably we did nothing but stared at our laptops for the whole day? anyway lets just go straight to the highlight of today- MY FIRST-EVER BOXING DAY IN CANADA heh Though kathryn and i came back with almost-broken legs and arms, im 100% satisfied with our end products. heh. shopping malls at downtown toronto were crazy, absolutely crazy. we had to queue for one and a half hour in zara fpr PAYING. the store was flooded with people!  like the previous year/s, a swarovski-crystal-filled- damn-glamorous christmas tree makes its appearance in Eaton Centre.  unlike the previous year, sunny meng decided not to lay at home but make her appearance during the crazy sale cause she was in a terribly bad mood; needed some crazy shopping to relieve the inner anger and loneliness within her.  oh no im so love with my new shoes <3  first merry-go-round music box received. and it's Jimmy. thank you!
P.S. this is for my senior, xuezhang. first of all, thank you for everything. honestly you have been helping me a lot since i've came to canada. even though you are as far away as 13 hours of time difference, you reminded me things which i dont remember, you knew when to encouraged me even if i didnt really tell you that i was facing some difficulties. thank you for being there. and, sorry.. actually i wrote a card to you but i left it on my residence (hostel) and our residence is gonna be closed till 3th jan -.- so, please be prepared to receive a 1 month late christmas card. sorry~~~~~~~~ hahahahaha. anyway, good luck for work :D and please forgive me! |

it has been half a year.. some looked exactly the same, some have lost up to 10kg, some seemed to be contented with university life and sadly, some failed to hide the difficulties they were going through.. ya, i know i look horrible in this picture but i love it.missed having you guys around..
it's been awhile.and i feel that i need to talk to you.  the new dish i cooked in sophia's house. it was damn good though looked kind of okay..
had a haircut and i hate it. this is how it turned out after shower. (it's different during the day)sighs.  did you say that this week is christmas and next year is new year? |

date: Wednesday, December 16, 2009 starts
last day on rez for the year 2009. snow was pretty, accompanies were great, mahjong was quite a win. before checking out, had a lot to clean since i was the last person to leave. luckily cherry was with me, if not i wouldnt know how to handle bags of garbage and our super-messy house. thank u darling (:  cherry and i are staying in a friend's condo during this holiday. the first thing i thought of after arriving here was 'wow this place is awesome'! great views, cosy place, nice furniture. but this what i love the most.  cant keep my hands off you!!! <3  cant wait to see leo, adrian, james&nerissa, wangying, sherry, eden, etc. it has been awhile yea? woho. loads of plans coming up! *grins. is it time yet? |

date: Monday, December 14, 2009 last exam tomorrow
im in the library now and im bored of lin1oo..
 sighs. im the only person left in house 55 now. grace has gone back to china (so envious of her), jing has gone home and cherry's exams are over so she moved to a friend's house near sqaure one. to sleep alone in an empty house for 2 nights is a such nightmare.. BUT, luckily the library is now open 24 hours and i have great accompanies. (: the sands of time continue to fall, and we can't turn the hourglass over |

date: Friday, December 11, 2009 exam week
management was over.honestly it wasnt that great. hopefully i did well enough to pass. anthropology is tomorrow and i have tonnes of reading to look at. the weather is so cold that im not even willing to take a 5 min walk to the library. the wind is strong and chilly , yesterday's snow is frozen on the ground, and some snow is falling from the sky randomly. tsk tsk tsk i miss sunny island singapore, though the beginning of winter is really pretty. alright back to studies ):

date: Tuesday, December 08, 2009 first snow of 2009
the snow was late for more than a month. novermber 2009 was the first snow-free november since the weather office started keeping records in 1937. because of the delay, i anticipated it more than ever. the first snow came yesterday, when i got out of the house for lunch with cherry. though it was really light, i was still excited and happy! the weather forecast is saying that there might be a storm storm this week? oh yay please please make it happen. i wanna build a snowman so badly!(which i havnt done for more than 10 years) im not sure how's winter gonna be like this year. hopefully it'll be fun. to be honest, i cant remember how exactly winter break went last year. all i remember is that, it was a warm one.  snow, romantic yet lonely, pretty but chilly, blissful as well as sorrowful. |

oh no it's thursday and i havnt started any revisions. i ought to be punished! i should ground myself for the next 3 days, in order to memorize 18 chapters of management. *SOBS no more mahjong, shopping, food hunting, and desperate housewives. well, before that, there's group Karaoka and dinner later. take it as the last relaxation before hectic reviews? phewwwwwwwww. every tick of the clock takes away something what did it take away from you? |
